Why do I have to choose a high-resolution image for my printed product?

Please understand that our print is entirely based on what image you share with us. Using an image with a resolution of at least 300dpi will make your product look its best.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

If the print hasn’t been finalized, you can contact us to make changes to the order.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

We accept all cancellation requests before the printing process begins. Unfortunately, if your order has been sent to print, it can't be canceled.

How do I track my order?

After the print is finalized, you will receive an order update with the tracking number included.

How long before I get my return refund?

We can only offer exchanges, not refunds as the order is 100% unique and custom-made for you.
